Dear visitors,

Starting from 14 December 2008, I decided to close Anime Lover Village Forum in this website. It was a hard decision as I really appreciate all your participation in the forum since it was started on 1 October 2002 (more than 6 years).

As time goes by, less and less people coming to ALV forum. There were months when ALV did not even got a single new post. It is not a forum and it is not a community if there are less than 10 people actually there.

To make things worse, I need to regularly upgrade the forum to the latest engine version to prevent spam posts and porn advertisement. It was not an easy task to keep upgrading forum when we already put so much effort to customize the design. After each upgrade, I need to put all the customizations up again, and that surely took a lot of time.

Special thanks to all my moderators for the hard work keeping the forum clean. Thanks for the great times !

If you wish to discuss about something, you can now use new feature "Visitor Comments". When you open a page in this website, you can directly post your message there, and others with similar interest can post their answers. It is a discussion directly on the page of interest.

If you simply want to comment about this website or leave a message for me, you can use "Guestbook". Your feedback is highly appreciated.

The option to re-open forum does exist, but only if there are enough people to make it a "real" community.
